Arabic showing up in various places

I’ve been using Day One for years, and over all I really like it. But there are moments when it frustrates me, like today when it appeared that a lengthy entry I wrote recently had disappeared. Luckily the entry wasn’t gone. Instead a blank entry had somehow made its way into my timeline on the same day as the entry I was looking for. My eyes saw the date I was looking for with a blank entry next to it, so I panicked. Then I spent the rest of the day feeling blue because I thought Day One had let me down by losing the contents of one of my entries. I was relied to find that the post hadn’t been deleted, but that was after I exported all my entries to a plain text file. Looking through the plain text file I could clearly see the entry I thought had gone missing, yet my eyes didn’t see the same entry looking at the Day One timeline. And that’s why I give it a 4-star rating. That reason, and the Arabic that is showing up in the weather info and next to the Sync Now button in Preferences.
