Has become a necessary part of my day

I started using day one years ago, and have not always been good about the discipline of journaling. About a month ago I got serious about wanting to capture what I was learning and thinking so I could be more present and organized. Day One has been invaluable because it’s a tool that gets out of the way and lets you write. It just works, it’s always there, and looks beautiful.

I know have a bullet journal for what I’ve done & learned at work each day. I have a journal for each of my children so I can easily capture their milestones and funny quotes, and I have a fourth journal to bullet out things I want to remember from each book I read.

These journals give me an always with me place to capture thoughts, and has powerful features letting me grab photos or calendar items when on my phone. This is the best journaling app I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried a number.
