Good app but buggy and too expensive $$$
I’ve used the classic version for years and it’s been great. Only until recently have I had a need for a password protected journal program that supports multiple journals so I would have bought this when it came out as V.2 but the price was just and still is too steep for me. Granted it’s a great program but even on the iOS10 it still bugs out in viewing and selecting on my iPhone 6SPlus. It’s the most expensive app i’ve ever purchased and I think it’s worth a good price but $55 even at the discounted price is still too much in my opinion. I would have easily paid $20 with it no problem and ages ago.
I like the photos idea however it’s going to take up a lot of space on my hard drive eventually so that’s not a plus. Perhaps some auto photo-conversion to smaller and lighter thumbs when uploaded would be nice. I’d also like to be able to colour and highlight my text. I can’t do that. The formatting is still pretty simple for the steep price. Honestly I wouldn’t have paid the money if I didn’t need to use more than one journal and I was already used to this one. I hope that the bugs get addressed and we can finally colour and highlight our text one day.
