Love it, and keeps getting better
I have been a long-time fan of Day One, for its attractive simplicity, the use of Markdown, the journal prompts. Day One 2 is a fantastic leap forward, too (and long overdue): a separate syncing system, multiple journals, and soon, end-to-end encryption. Although it’s not here yet, that has always been a barrier for me: how intensely personal do I really want to journal if it is readable in plain text by anyone who gains access to my computer, my Dropbox, or maybe even my wire traffic? Grateful for this app and the love of daily journalling it is helping to rekindle.
