Externalize your thoughts and ideas

I’ve been writing for every day now since January 1 of this year. Day One has been an excellent tool. In most cases, you go about your day, passing thoughts and ideas come an go, and nagging desires are easily forgotten and brushed aside. Writing a couple sentences or paragraphs each day has made all the difference in this sense. I better understand myself and what I want with my life. Day One makes this process slick as butter.
