Great update to an already stellar app
While at first I was a little sceptical about spending more money for an upgrade of an app I already own, I decided it was worth it because I love Day One so much, and it’s one of the few apps I use every day.
I’m not disappointed. Being able to add multiple photos to an entry is essential, the photo viewer and calendar are handy, the maps are beautiful and the UI is nicer — and thats saying a lot, because the interface of the first Day One was already one of the best. I created a new Day One account for syncing and it works great — I don’t care if it syncs through iCloud or Dropbox or whatever, as long as it works. And the new method of syncing through a Day One account means you’re able to integrate other services, such as IFTTT.
I know that there are lots of other features that I’ll enjoy exploring when I have more time, but I’m already satisfied. It’s clear that Bloom Built put a lot of thought and effort into this update.
